Onchan MHK Peter Karran believes there are still issues to be addressed relating to boundary changes on the Island.
Yesterday (Tuesday) the House of Keys spent three hours debating the clauses stage of the Representation of the People (Amendment) Bill.
Mr Karran was one of three MHKs who proposed a raft of amendments to the Bill, only one of which was adopted.
He would like to see a return of the single transferrable vote, despite it being rejected many years ago as being 'too complicated for voters to understand'.
He admits it was difficult when it was last introduced but still believes it's the right way forward.
