There is to be a new sub postmaster at Port St Mary.
The Post Office has appointed Jeff Calvert to the position, which he will take over from June 23.
Mr Calvert will operate the post office within his existing business, the Examiner Shop in Bay View Road.
The Post Office says it's happy its operation is moving to a long-established business, which will provide continuity of services for its customers in the village.
The previous sub postmaster resigned from the position.
