Ex-Island resident Sue Crossley, formerly Lilley, has failed in her court attempt to gain more of her fourth husband's fortune.
Mrs Crossley was described in the press as 'a serial divorcee, a claim she vigorously denied, when she demanded a bigger slice of Stuart Crossley's money.
She had signed a pre-nuptial agreement in which she said she would not claim a penny if the marriage broke up. It lasted 14 months.
Mrs Crossley has now abandoned the claim.
She had been married previously to three millionaires, including the late Robert Sangster, with whom she lived at the Nunnery on the outskirts of Douglas.
