Victim Support & Women's Aid ready to help
Regardless of the current lockdown restrictions, anyone experiencing violence at home can move to a different household.
At the latest coronavirus press briefing, the Chief Minister told those who may be suffering from domestic abuse 'you must not suffer in silence'.
He listed a number of help networks, including Victim Support and Women's Aid, who are ready to assist in any way they can.
Mr Quayle says for many, staying at home isn't easy and for others it might be impossible:
If you're living in fear of violence, you can call 999.
