A number of options are under consideration
The Summerland site has 'laid barren' for too long, according to the chair of the Island's Destination First board.
Ranald Caldwell has confirmed there are interested parties looking at the site, and there have been talks with the Manx Development Corporation.
The leisure centre that formally occupied the plot was demolished almost 20 years ago.
Mr Caldwell says a number of options are being considered:
Misuse of AI causing harm to the Island's young people
Consultation on government first time buyer schemes to close
Isle of Man inflation rises to 3.3% in December
MHK refuses to reveal name of school at centre of 'carol ban' claims
