Enterprise Minister makes announcement in House of Keys
A new concept for developing brownfield sites on the Island is to be tested on Summerland.
Enterprise Minister Laurence Skelly was asked for an update on establishing an agency to drive urban regeneration at this week's sitting of the House of Keys.
A budget of £250,000 has been set aside to establish the agency, but Mr Skelly says the idea will be trialled at the site of the former leisure centre.
