A 22 year old entrepreneur has been on Island inspiring youngsters with the thought that you can make your dreams come true with hard work and dedication.
Fraser Doherty from Scotland turned his love for his grandmother's homemade jam into a multi-million pound brand called SuperJam.
He now supplies major supermarkets including Waitrose, Sainsburys and Asda.
