The National Executive Member of the NASUWT teachers' union on the Isle of Man thinks there is a 'supply crisis' in the industry.

Mr McNulty spoke to Manx Radio en route to Belfast for the annual conference of the NASUWT Teachers' Union, which is taking place this weekend.
