It's the time of year when allergy sufferers let out a collective groan, over the imminent arrival of uncomfortably high pollen counts.
A shortcoming in provision in the United Kingdom has led to an emergency government strategy, which aims to offer an improved service to sufferers of hay fever and other conditions.
