Non-Manx residents among those seeking new property
Houses are flying off the market in a post-lockdown battle for property.
After a stagnant three months of being unable to view houses, local estate agents have been inundated with requests for viewings.
Many of those include people from further afield who are trying to relocate to the Island for work and need a fixed address to put the wheels in motion.
Orry Creane from Cowley Groves says successfully finding new accommodation isn't a case of out-bidding others but just being quick out the blocks:
