
As the Island celebrates record GCSE results, there’s no doubting who’s one of the most deserving students.
For 16 year-old Susie Brunswick from Ballaugh, a student at QEII High School, achieved an impressive 10 A stars and even threw in another A for good measure.
But perhaps most remarkable of all, she made the top 10 out of more than 800,000 candidates in English throughout the UK.
