Live at Home launch 'Care to Share' initiative
Tackling issues of loneliness and social isolation in the Isle of Man, one conversation at a time.
That's the aim of the 'Care to Share' initiative being launched by the charity, Live at Home.

The official launch for businesses is next Wednesday - 18 November, with the public launch a week later.
