The Departments of Infrastructure and Economic Development are trying to ease concerns about the recent cutbacks in flights to and from London.
BA CityFlyer has recently decided to temporarily reduce its London City service to just one flight per day.
The news came shortly after Flybe announced it would stop its Gatwick route as of next Spring, and had sold its slots to EasyJet.
The departments say work is ongoing to ensure the Island continues to have a good range of options for London.
They say BA CityFlyer is looking to return to at least two flights on each weekday from the end of March 2014.
