Education minister cleared of institutional bullying
The education minister insists an investigation into allegations of bullying against him was independent.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle ordered the inquiry after a teaching union complained about Graham Cregeen's conduct.
Mr Cregeen was cleared of bullying, but it was found mistakes had been made during talks with the National Association of Head Teachers.
He says he'll continue to hold talks with the unions now that the case is closed:
