Mince and diced products could be added to shelves
Discussions are taking place today to increase the range of Manx meat on sale in Tesco.
Local produce returned to the supermarket last month, with the option to expand the number of items on sale if there's sufficient demand.
Isle of Man Meats chairman Tim Baker MHK says feedback from Tesco and local farmers has been positive.
He hopes adding mince and diced options will lead to further growth:
