A taxi company which has been given back a major Isle of Man Government contract - after losing out to a rival firm in earlier this year - says service is at the heart of what they do.
Bridgewater Cars had operated patient transfer services in Liverpool for the Department of Health for 13 years before competing company City Kabs.
But only weeks into the new contract the Department of Health cancelled the agreement with City Kabs following numerous complaints from patients.
Proprietor of Bridgewater Cars, Mike Jenkins, says they never treat patients as just another fare:
