Unions to meet with DESC despite pay increase
Further talks between education officials and the teaching unions will take place later this week.
The Isle of Man Government announced earlier this week that a 2.75% pay increase for teachers and school leaders had been agreed.
The Department of Education, Sport and Culture has been in dispute with several unions over pay and conditions, resulting in some taking industrial action.
Education Minister Graham Cregeen admits it's difficult to find a solution that suits all unions:
