Airport closed due to large amount of snowfall overnight
It's hoped efforts to clear the runways of snow and ice this afternoon (5 January) will have put Ronaldsway in the best position to reopen tomorrow morning.
A 'large amount of snow' fell on the aerodrome overnight, leading to the airport closing today.
A further review will be undertaken tomorrow morning as to whether Tuesday's flights can go ahead as scheduled.
