Customers thanked for their patience
Tesco says it's working to resolve a problem with its tills 'as quickly as possible'.
A technical issue, across all of its stores on the Island, means customers can only use the checkouts at the customer service desks.
The retailer has apologised for the inconvenience and has thanked customers for their patience.
Manx Radio understands the Ramsey Express store is currently closed as there is no customer service desk in this store.
All other stores remain open with limited checkout availability; all payment methods are still being accepted.
Update: As of 2.07pm Tesco confirmed to Manx Radio the problem has been resolved.
