18-year-old denies theft, burglary and assault
A teenager from Ramsey has been accused of breaking into a supermarket, to steal vodka, before shoplifting more at another store.
Eighteen-year-old Morgan John Ritchie, of Bowring Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse through a video link from the Isle of Man Prison.
He pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour but not guilty to theft, burglary and assaulting a police officer.
He was remanded in custody and will appear again tomorrow (12 October).
