19-year-old to stand trial
A teenager from Douglas will stand trial after being accused of possessing an offensive weapon.
Joshua Thomas Gilardoni, of Tynwald Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he entered not guilty pleas to charges of having a hammer, criminal damage and affray.
The 19-year-old is accused of making threats towards his mother before damaging a door at a property on Willaston Crescent.
The offences were allegedly carried out on 13 November; a pre-trial review will take place on 24 January and he’s been bailed until that date.
