18-year-old appears at Douglas Courthouse
A teenager from Ramsey has been fined £300 after being caught with Class B and Class C drugs.
Oshin Mian Kaighin, of Albion Terrace, admitted possessing cannabis and Temazepam during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
The 18-year-old’s home was searched by police on 15 December – officers found green vegetable matter and one white tablet.
High Bailiff Jayne Hughes described it as a ‘small amount’ and ordered him to pay prosecution costs of £125.
