17-year-old hasn't yet entered plea
A teenager from Ballasalla who's alleged to have caused serious injuries during a driving incident will appear in court again next month.
Seventeen-year-old Thomas Roberts of Bayraur Road appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He hasn't entered a plea to causing serious bodily harm by driving without due care and consideration.
The offence is said to have taken place on Battery Pier in Douglas on 6 December last year.
Mrs Hughes bailed him in the sum of £500, and he’s next due to appear on 9 July.
