17-year-old involved in single vehicle crash last night
A teenager has been flown to a hospital in the UK with serious injuries following a crash on the road known as the Switchback, just outside Peel in the West of the Island.
The seventeen-year-old male, from the Peel area, was driving his black Ford Fiesta when he crashed at around 5:30pm.
He was transferred to Liverpool where he's receiving treatment for his injuries at Aintree Hospital.
No other vehicles were involved in the collision.
