Fundraiser aims to raise awareness for mental health
A teenager on the Isle of Man has set himself a gruelling 24-hour challenge in memory of his late friend.
Supported by his mum and his friends, seventeen-year-old Daniel McGill will be running along Douglas Promenade in honour of 13-year-old Emily, who died last year.
His efforts will be in support of mental health charity Ed Space - you can find a link to his fundraising page here.
Daniel and his mum Tracy say it's important to talk:
Daniel will start his run on Saturday morning (25 April) at 8am, continuing until Sunday morning.
He, his mum and some of his friends are due to take part, but Daniel says anyone who resonates with the cause is welcome to join.
