Duo deny damaging plants at the Ayres
Two teens have appeared before magistrates accused of damaging one of the Island’s nature reserves.
Nineteen-year-old Liam John Lord of Crellins Grove in Andreas and Niall William Martin of Coronation Court in Ramsey, also 19, both deny one charge each under the Wildlife Act.
Magistrates at Douglas Courthouse heard they’re accused of damaging plants at the Ayres on 22 January.
A pre-trial review will be held on 16 May, and both were bailed in the sum of £250.
