Chief Minister praises community spirit
The Chief Minister has offered his congratulations to a new commissioner who's thought to be the Island’s youngest ever politician.
18 year-old Ramsey Grammar School student Liam Miller topped the poll in Laxey on Thursday night to be elected to the newly formed Garff Commissioners for a four year term.
