Tel's Skips' tenure at the Middle River Civic Amenity Site has come to an end today.
As of five o'clock Douglas Corporation are in charge, and they plan to reopen to the public on Saturday morning.
But Tel's Boss Terry Murtagh says while he's satisfied with the financial settlement that's been arranged, he's not happy with the way the matter has been handled overall.
