A yellow weather warning is in place from 7pm
A yellow weather warning for frost and icy patches will come into force tonight.
The notice from Ronaldsway Met Office will run from 7pm this evening (5 February) until 10am tomorrow (6 February).
Forecasters say temperatures are expected to reach below zero overnight leading to frost developing in low-lying sheltered areas.
There's also a risk of icy patches on untreated surfaces.
As a result, the Department of Infrastructure will pre-salt a number of main roads this evening.
You can see a list of the highways which will be treated below:
- The Mountain Road (A18)
