There'll be a 40mph speed limit in place from the Creg Na Baa to Hillberry in Onchan for a week from tomorrow (11 March).
The Department of Infrastructure says it's to allow for a number of different road maintenance tasks to take place which includes road surface patch repairs, refreshing lining and draining maintenance.
Speeds will be further reduced to 20mph through work sites and temporary traffic lights will be in use where necessary.
