Recruiters from the Territorial Army are appealing to anyone who thinks they might like to join to go along and talk to them while they are in the Isle of Man this week.
The TA is offering recruits action-packed weekends, the chance to serve others, learn a new trade and make lifelong friends.
All expenses and travel arrangments are met by the army in return for a commitment of 19 days per year, including a fortnight's annual camp.
Recruiting officers from both the National TA and the regular army are at the Careers Office in Hill Street, Douglas today and tomorrow, and on Wednesday will be based at the DHSS in Ramsey.
