Rebels forces need to capture Colonel Gaddafi and take his hometown of Sirte or there could be further random acts of terrorism in Libya.
That's the view of Isle of Man-based expert on international terrorism Professor Roger Carey.
As leaders of Libya's National Transitional Council have been meeting in Paris, Professor Carey says any new government will need some considerable time to get the country back on its feet, and start thinking about rebuilding international relations:
