Holders of Tesco credit cards can no longer use them on the Island
Notice of the company's decision to end the facility for local customers was given at the start of the year.
Tesco extended an initial June deadline to November, to give customers time to prepare for the change.
The limited access to credit card facilities for Isle of Man residents was raised in in the House of Keys by Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK, Jason Moorhouse.
He asked Minister for Enterprise, Lawrie Hooper what his department was doing to improve availability:
