Short blasts of noise expected at 2pm
Testing is being carried out on an oil siren in Douglas today (27 August).
The Department of Infrastructure will be undertaking work on the fuel berth at Battery Pier at 2pm.
The siren will be set off on three occasions.
There will be short blasts or noise which last between 15 and 20 seconds.
