A white powder was found in offices in Douglas this morning leading to a full scale emergency turnout
It was discovered by a member of staff at the Alliance and Leicester in the mail room of the company's premises on Prospect Hill.
The substance still hasn't been formally identified, but police say the evacuation was precautionary and there was no threat to the public.
Roads around the area were cordoned off while investigations were carried out.
