Health Minister keen to see system introduced at Noble's
Sending text reminders to those with medical appointments could help cut waiting lists at Noble's Hospital.
That's the belief of the Island's health minister, David Ashford MHK.
Some areas have seen waiting times reduce in recent months, but there's been an 8% drop in those needing an inpatient appointment being seen within six months.
