The family of a severely ill one year-old boy from Douglas are thanking those who attended a fundraiser to support him.
Aziz Sharpe of Queen’s Terrace has a serious brain condition and the family held an afternoon tea at nearby All Saints' Church Hall on Saturday.
The money raised will help pay for a trip to America, where he can receive potentially life-prolonging treatment.
A further fundraising event will take place on November 30 in the form of a St. John's Good Friends buffet dance, at the Methodist Hall in the village at 8pm.
