
Preparations are well underway for the arrival of the Commonwealth Games baton on Manx soil next week.
The baton's being carried around all Commonwealth nations and territories on a 118,000 mile trip.
Its arrival in the Isle of Man on Friday coincides with a big fund-raising dinner at the Villa Marina, in support of competitors heading to the Glasgow games in July.
And the BBC's early evening flagship programme The One Show will be broadcasting live from the Villa, as the baton relay arrives.
Local star cyclists will play a major role in what's likely to be an exciting evening.
