Jon Joughin outlines key manifesto point
A candidate for next week's Douglas East by-election says 'the vulnerable' would be his number one priority, if elected.
Jon Joughin, who until recently was a Douglas councillor, appeared on Mandate this morning.

The Douglas East by-election is due to take place on Thursday, November 12.
The other candidates are; Claire Bettison, Kurt Buchholz, Richard Falk, John McBride, Geraldine O'Neill and Cat Turner.
