He says races remain 'big financial commitment' for riders and teams
There's always new challenges to deal with each year when it comes to running the TT races.
That's according to former competitor and now rider liaison officer, Richard 'Milky' Quayle, whose responsibilities include coaching newcomers and being a point of contact in the paddock.
He says 2022 was a particularly demanding year as it felt like everyone was 'catching up' on three years without the racing fortnight.
He adds it's credit to teams and riders that they're still committed to being involved despite the cost pressures of taking part:
