Beach Buddies founder blames government bureaucracy
Beach Buddies founder, Bill Dale, says there is no way the Isle of Man will be carbon neutral by 2050.
Tynwald set the target in May and last month unanimously approved a Climate Action Plan to achieve this goal.
Mr Dale says red tape is getting in the way:
