Ramsey Police are investigating a burglary in which thousands of pounds worth of mobile phones were stolen.
It happened at the Sure Shop in Ramsey sometime between 1 and 2am on Tuesday. (7th of May)
Phones from several different manufacturers were taken.
Officers say they believe it was a planned crime, rather than a spur of the moment offence and they expect the stolen phones will be offered for sale on the Island.
They're asking for anyone who is offered a brand new phone, in dubious circumstances or at a knock down price to report it immediately - and add that any bone fide seller should be able to offer you proof that they came by the phone legitimately
Anyone with information on the theft is asked to ring Ramsey police on 812 234
