Police warn public to be vigilant over stolen items
Police in the south of the Island say thieves have targeted properties undergoing renovation in the area.
Officers have received multiple reports of items being stolen, the latest from Hartford Homes where two DeWalt batters, a DeWalt Radio, tins of paints and chrome sockets were taken.
They say the culprits appear to have been 'particular in what they've chosen to take' and are warning the public to be vigilant with regards to these items, and anyone conducting some of their own DIY.
If you have any information you're asked to contact Castletown Police Station on 01624 822222.
