Robert Cowell is a company director and former commissioner
A third candidate has announced their plans to stand for election in Ramsey.
Robert Cowell is a company director and was previously chair of the commissioners in the town.
If elected, he says his priorities will be growing the economy, fixing government and protecting the tax payers, while delivering for Ramsey.
Robert says: "The Isle of Man has enormous potential, but too often we make progress more slowly than we should.
"I believe Government needs to work closer with business and communities, deliver projects more effectively and focus on creating the opportunities that will keep young people, families and businesses choosing the Isle of Man."
Also standing in the constituency are Lawrie Hooper and Juan McGuinness.
The General Election is taking place on Thursday 24 September.
