
Possible changes to the provision of services by the Department of Social Care have been welcomed by a prominent member of the Island's third sector.
Last week, the department said it had discussed a range of possible changes with staff, including what it called 'externalisation' of services.
David Gawne is communications director for the Council of Voluntary Organisations and chairman of Crossroads Care.
