A yellow weather warning for heavy rain comes into effect from 5pm
The Steam Packet has cancelled this evening's 7.15pm departure to Heysham as well as the return crossing at 1.45am tomorrow (15 November).
It's due to forecast adverse weather, with a yellow weather warning coming into force from 5pm this afternoon until 3am tomorrow.
Gale force winds with gusts of 45-55mph are also expected, giving a risk of minor damage.
Meanwhile, tomorrow morning's Manxman sailing from Douglas to Heysham at 8am, will now depart at 7:30am.
Passengers are asked to check in no later than 6:45am.
