An MHK believes no budget has truly been set out to deal with the ongoing global energy crisis.

Manx Utilities' chair Rob Callister earlier warned the cost of electricity will have to rise.
Unemployment rates and job opportunities were also a subject Mr Thomas wanted to raise with the treasury minister:
