
A couple accused of a number of drugs offences have appeared before the High Bailiff.
Thirty-eight year old Peter Alan Dale, of North Shore Road, Ramsey faces two counts of possessing cannabis bush and one of possessing cannabis resin. He is also accused of permitting the smoking of cannabis on his premises.
Twenty-four year old Gemma Burns, also of North Shore Road, is charged with possession and supply of LSD, possession of cannabis and permitting the smoking of cannabis on her premises.
Thirty-three year old Hugh Barry Smith appeared with Mr Dale and Miss Burns.
Mr Smith is accused of possessing cannabis bush and resin, and possessing cannabis bush with intent to supply.
All three defendents were bailed to appear again on February 19.
