36 questions pitched for answer
Tomorrow's sitting of Tynwald will feature the highest number of questions since parliament convened last September.
No less than 36 will be directed at nine ministers, two chairpersons and, more unusually, the Attorney General.
Eight of the questions concern the ongoing sale of Ramsey Courthouse, with the Home Affairs Minister, and the Treasury Minister, being held to account over government valuation and the particulars of sale.
Elsewhere it’s a mixed bag.
So expect answers on everything from bathing water standards to local produce in hospital food, opt-outs for organ donors, and a new cemetery in Onchan.
Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson wants to know about the future of the Manx pound note.
There are concerns over family benefit and housing provision prompted by the Census.
And the Health Minister faces further questions over March’s other big story - the new provider of taxi transfers for Manx patients travelling off-Island.
