
Work is ongoing to secure Bay View Road in Port St Mary, following Monday evening's landslide.
It's estimated at the moment the affected section will be closed for at least a week.
Over 50 tonnes of earth slipped out and rolled down Happy Valley, leaving a three metre void under the road and pavement.
The Department of Transport's director of works Jeff Robinson says repair work will be carried out in three phases:
